As per today's property legal rights..
as per 7/12 mother and three son names showing.
now After one son died his property rights divides into his mother, brother and his wife ?
Or his % rights divide into his mother + wife only?
And after mother died then mother % rights belongs only alive sons only or died sons wife deserve too?
