Property - we had a injunction order Property - we had a injunction order

Hi , we had a injunction order from the court in 2018 not to alienate the property until decision. The defendants were party 1 is my uncle and Party 2 was my mother. Both are brother and sister. Due to unavoidable personal problems in family Party 1 has executed gift deed in favour of his sister party 2.
Now our Oppsite lawyer has filed a contempt of court That we have tried to alienate the property and disobeyed the interim order.

My question is
1. Is making a gift deed is deemed as Alienating the property? No money transaction are made

2. Party 1 has not intended to cheat the court he has executed gift deed to the person who is party 2 in the court case?

3. If yes Can you provide us any citations that gift deed is not alienating the property
