Land Dispute - my uncles have divided the ancestors land

Dear Sir/Madam, my uncle's have divided the ancestors land, showing mutual consent, with my father's forged signature. In 2007. I got the copy of that affidavit accidentally few days back. What remedies are available with me to nullify the mutation of land?
