Divorce case I am from a good family

Hi
I am from a good family and well educated but my bad friendship made me to indulge in extramarital affair before marriage.
I informed everything about this to my husband after 10 days of our marriage. Later he accepted to live with me forgetting about past.
After 45 to 50 days time my husband made me to leave my job and studies, abort and left me at my home and applied for divorce null and void.
He also took my mobile phone certificates passport and things in his house.
Now he is having my mobile phone which has call recording whatsapp chat video calls etc as evidence
I accepted to give divorce and asked him to return my certificates, passport and things but he is not returning back. I have approached women welfare at collectorate but still i could not get my things and certificate.
My husband is a canadian citizen he is in canada now. He has applied for the case and not attending that also.
Now i need my certificates passport and things from him. Please anyone help me how to proceed further.
In case if someone is not attending the court hearing the Plaintiff can ask for a default judgment. And about taking things back from him you can file suit regarding this in court and ask the court to pass the order to your husband to return your things. He cannot deny the court order.
If you are willing to give divorce then no problem should occur. If your husband is not appearing in the court, for the divorce matter,( guessing it to be a contested one) try to get an exparte order. Also get an order from the court for getting back all such belongings. Court's order is mandatorily to be followed.
