I Have recently purchase the Flat in Maharashtra , As per agreement he can demand set of money as per cost sheet , as current stage we have already paid 60% amount according to cost sheet but now builder demanding extra 30% but as per agreement it's clarly mentioned on "Completion" but as per builder the work is about to complete so acceding to commencement we needs to pay him as other people who booked has already paid the amount .
