Payment for facility like club house and parking
1 year ago
is it ok for taking payment for club house and parking lot but which has not been provided? On checking when it would be provided. there is not response except project of this size etc etc take time.
A.No, it is not okay for the developer or seller to take payment for club house and parking lot which has not been provided yet. It is essential that the developer or seller fulfill their commitments as stated in the contract or agreement, which includes providing the amenities that were promised.
If the developer or seller is unable to provide the amenities within the promised timeline, they should provide a clear explanation and a timeline for when they will be provided. If they are unable to do so, it may be necessary to seek legal advice and take action to recover the payment or terminate the contract.
It is always recommended to thoroughly review the terms and conditions of any contract or agreement before signing and making payments, and to seek legal advice if there are any doubts or concerns.
thank you
