My father buy a flat in Mumbai ambernath with all documents but broker and owner sell that flat to other person so what can I do for it and he is not giving money back
A.If your father bought a flat in Mumbai Ambernath and has all the legal documents to prove ownership, but the broker and the owner sold the flat to someone else, this is a case of fraud and cheating. You should take immediate legal action to protect your father's rights.
Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:
File a police complaint: You should file a complaint with the local police station against the broker and the owner for cheating and fraud.
Hire a lawyer: It's advisable to consult a lawyer who specializes in property law to guide you through the legal process and represent your interests in court.
File a civil suit: You can file a civil suit in a court of law against the broker and the owner for the recovery of the property or for damages caused due to their actions.
Lodge a complaint with the appropriate regulatory authority: If the broker involved in the transaction is a registered real estate agent, you can lodge a complaint with the appropriate regulatory authority, such as the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), against the broker for misconduct and breach of trust.
thank you
