Property transfer - My mom got GPE in 1993

My mom got GPE in 1993 from siddappa for 1000Sq feet and constructed the house in 1000sq feet in 2004 and later in 2014 my mother soled her property to my father. but while making sale deed she soled only 900sq feet according to sale deed papers. Now My father is not there my mother is not there and siddappa is also not there how can I make paper of 1000sq feet to my name
