Sir i am from East Medinipur ,West Bengal . 2007 my father buisness closed to big amount of loan from market. After that my father & Me go to out of state for income & loan repayment in my 18 years of age. That time my mother & Sister at home. We completed all loan on 2012 & same time i send my father to home for staying with mother & Sister. All family cost few balnce balance loan i given by part payment of my salary.My grand father property pertition on 2013 with my father ,uncle & Aunty .that time my father got share road side land & old home goes to my uncle.even registration of my father cost also i given. That time i invest all money & loan from relatives to build new home at that father land.My father cant give any ruppes because he have no income. After one year i got marriage & all cost goes from my savings. After 2 years i given sister marriage. also i given some amount for small business. all cost from my saving.after that my mother not care my wife so i take my wife & dauther to working place. After all work finish my father loan from bank huge amount unnecessary with out my knowledge & now blackmail to me if i not give loan amount than they will sell or give home to sister name. Because i have now no savings & i have one daughter. Now i am worry about if they sell home where i can stay with my family. Now i cant manage family cost on my small income. Also i cant savings. Kindly suggest me can i get help on this matter from law. If have how to do this .

A.dear client kindly Ask your wife to file a case against your father saying it is required for her domestic residence under DV Act.

A.ask your wife to file a case under domestic violence against your parents, as your wife is entitled to live in the same household along with your parents. Alternatively you can send a legal notice for partition of the ancestral property, but it needs to be determined whether the property is ancestral property. Contact a lawyer from Vidhikarya.

A.Dear client Tell me
1. what is the Loan amount which your father has taken from bank ?

2. Is that house has been mortgaged in bank against that Loan amount ?

3 What is the present resale value of that house ?

1.what is the Loan amount which your father has taken from bank ? : More than 2 Lakhs . recently sold one land road side ;which father own property . but i take that paper from father public loan with payment loan amount .

2. Is that house has been mortgaged in bank against that Loan amount ? : till not yet given Mortgaged in bank .

3.What is the present resale value of that house ? : resale value around 15 Lakhs with out land .
