Electric pole issue
When I brought a property there is no electric pole but after few year when I again visit my property to check everything is ok or not I saw that MSEB (electric department) has build a electric pole in my property . What is the legal process to remove that pole and do I have to pay something for that
A.Hello Sir,
You have the right to file a mandatory injunction suit against the Department of Electricity, requesting that they remove poles installed on your private property without your permission or consent, as well as pay compensation for the mental and physical losses you have suffered as a result of their negligence.
