After some time she agreed for physical relation by her family intervention. Mean time she always foccused on her devotion and, quarreling and no care for husbend and in laws. In between she also run away to her institution from which she come back after police missing complain. Now she left my house since 6 month, i tryd her to come back, but her family refused her father false blaming that i am impotence but they will not divorce me. A.Hello Sir,
You can proceed to file for divorce in the given case. With the exception of bigamy and not meeting the minimum age requirement for marriage, annulment of marriage it is rarely granted.

A.Dear client
On the ground of non-consummation of marriage you could have applied for annulment of marriage but annulment application needs to be moved within one year of marriage.
Since one year has expired hence you should file the case for divorce on the same ground
