pathway dispute
Pathway to my house from the road is a unassessed land of 6 feet which is in between two houses which has direct access to the road. We are using the path for more decades. And we don't have any other way to the house. Can we use the way further or our neighbours also has the right to use the path?
A.Hello Sir,
If the land is unassessed then you can use it further as a way and your neighbors can also do the same as you don't have any legal possession of the land.
