Can we ask builder to hold registration Can we ask builder to hold registration

We booked apartment in 2019 and signed Sale agreement that time. We also made all payments based on their milestones. Now it’s time to do registration. But there are many clauses in Deed of Sale draft which shared by builder.
They’re saying presently it’s not connected to any water source, but there is no writings of future availability. Interior works can be done only from 9 to 1pm and 4pm to 6pm on weekends. No work on weekends and public holidays. Purchaser verified unit and not to raise any objections after possession. Also they mentioned we should accept all writing in fit out manual (this they will provide after registration)
And fit out manual they’re saying we should pay 50k security deposit and 5k no refundable charge. Even they started taking maintenance before registration of the property. And their employee will do inspections without any prior notice.
Main advertisement of project was all amenities will be 24hour, but they mentioned timing for everything now.

I have sent a mail with every point and asked them to hold registration until these points are cleared. Is that okay? And they started adding interest to the balance payment which bank already shared soft copy.

It’s been a week and they didn’t reply to the mail.
