Property issue
We have 2 grand father's. Grand father 1 has 2 sons and grand father 2 has 4 sons. Since we do dhobi work for village, government allocated piece of land. But this piece of land was registered on the name of grand father 1's son. He is not allowing share to other. Can we file a suit in court?
A.Dear Client,
If the piece of land was specifically allowed to each of the sons to be divided among, then legal action can be initiated.
