Permanent transfer of residential property

I buy Flat before 3 years ago in nashik. The Flat Purchase in name of me, my mother and Sister, now both my mother and sister wants to relinquish there rights on such property. For purchasing the flat we take loan from bank where the my sister was co-borrower but the whole EMI Paid my me from the starting. Now, she got Married so that my sister and mother wants to remove names from property. I request that kindly give me advice on this matter also give me cost like registration fees / stamp duty payable on such transfer.
