Chit Fund Guarantees

I have Guaranteed for a chit of Rs 2.00 lac ,for the amount prized of Rs. 1.10 lac for Mr. Murugesan. As he has not paid further installment, now chit Company is claiming Rs 3.89 lacs from me, being chit amount Rs.169000,legal expenses 30000 and Interest Rs190000.

What are all the I have to take, since the chit company has already filed a case in court and the case is going on. Now the company is is presserising to pay the claimed amount.
They are not taking much efforts on the person who took chit amount.
Since I am a salaried employee, they are targeting me.
Pl advise me Sir.
