I have no previous chain of paper of property

Sir..I bought my property as on 1997...but I have no previous chain of paper..I have only power of attorney..that time my colony was unauthorised but now my colony has been passed by Delhi govt..Now I want register my property.. so what can I do for this? Because in PM- UDAY scheme they want previous chain of paper... please give me advice sir...
