Bangalore Corpus Fund
Do I need to pay Corpus fund if I am renting a flat in a gated society in Bangalore? Is it paid by the owner or the tenant? Is it mandatory? What happens if I refuse to pay corpus fund to the owner? Please advise.
A.Dear Client,
New buyer cannot be asked to pay corpus fund if seller have already paid the fund to society.
The corpus fund is used for facility management and supervision agencies which take care of amenities, common areas, light bill, servicing, cleaning, etc. The tenant is required to pay the corpus fund.
