Respected sir ,
In 2015 , gujarat housing board made conveyance deed and i paid all my dues including all dues installments , penalty charges , transfer fees , lease charges , and showing home valuation and you need to pay difference amount of the stampduty and in second last page showing your stampduty is paid , seal from the collector.
And my conveyance deed showing leasehold 99 years and then index-2 is showing seller is gujarat housing board and buyer is my name.
So my question is can i sell this home to anyone?

A.Dear Client
As per the facts stated by you, it seems that you have fulfilled all the necessary requirements and have a valid conveyance deed showing that you are the owner of the property. So, you can sell this home to anyone. But still, I will advise you to approach legal professional or a local government authority to ensure that there are no outstanding issues or restrictions on selling the land.
