My mother make a will but forgot to registered it now she die and my brother file a case of property distribution
If the witnesses are alive then the will is acceptable or not

A.dear client your mother will which is not registered is valid if it is signed by two attesting witnesses. You can go for probate of the will.consult with local lawyer

A.Absolutely yes given the condition that the witnesses are alive to substantiate it when required. Does the will talk about the executor, if yes then it will be better for you all. GO for the probate and you will have the solution that you are seeking.

A.A will which is not registered is valid if it is signed by two attesting witnesses. You can go for probate of the will. Contact a local lawyer from Vidhikarya
