Regarding car transport fraud

Sir i have transported by car from meerut to bangalore through Gati .
Transporter has taken all money advance and another 50000 plus in name of delivering car safely.
But till now car not delivered and no response from transporter.
FIR has been lodged,will i get insurance for this fraud case,i have only 1 car key and 1 was handed over to transporter.
I have comprehensive insurance
Please advice
