I want to buy my neighbour property but sold it to builder, I am ready to pay him same amount but he is not agreeing to it. Is there any law which can help me.

A.Dear Client,
Purchase of property needs the discretion of the seller. The seller’s discretion should not be coerced, forced or under threat. Hence, it depends on the seller whether they would want to sell the property to you.

I have been his neighbour for more than 30 years. I am ready to buy property at the same rate. I worked very hard for years to buy that house for my family. Is there any possibility that I will have a first preference to buy the property? Please help.
