I want loss of my money

Sir I'm purchase mobile phone in Quikr company they send add someny Times, it's 2017 manufacturer and with warranty, I believed and I send money through online rs 4525,. then they are send useless mobile, I complent the costumer care but they don't listing my voice, after I send mail's they are reply different different stories, finally they are send mailed like this :- we're asking apology
it's our mistake in future avoid this tips of mistakes were asking sincere apology acpt it. But they didn't rectify my losses of money, someny Times I called the costumer care people but they are installed me.
Now I filed case in consumer cort, I am a pur person how to punish the Quikr company.

A.yes you should but before that you need to send a legal notice through an advocate. Thereafter if they don't rectify or make a refund, then approach the consumer forum. You can move your case in consumer forum in person.

I didn't face in my life in court issues in my life, to day court was given another hiring day, and submit affidavit,
what is affidavit men's, Which papers required ?
the company was in Bangalore, if the company didn't attended the court callings then how to punish the company, consumer court have which tips of powers is there. ????
I'm a pur person it's small issues but the company was attacked me and insulted me that's I'm filled the case,
I don't want approach the lawyer, just I need a guidelines for me.

A.U should approach to the district consumer forum. With Ur concern evidence. And file case against them
