JIO Phone Fraud

I have booked Jio Phone via My Jio App on 02.07.2018. Amount Paid: Rs.1500/-
I have visited my nearest Jio store located at Plot No. 3/ PC 10 & 11, Mogappaire West, Near Mogappaire West Bus Depot, Mogappair West, Mogappair, Tamil Nadu - 600037. They refused to give me Jio phone as the booking phone number is invalid. I request them to cancel the order and refund the money but they refused to cancel the order. Then I called the customer care & told the issue and request them to cancel the order and refund my money but they also refused to cancel the order. How can I get my money now?. I also contacted JIO Appellate Authority but all of them told that once the phone was booked there is no way to cancel the order. It was the real theft by bloody fraudster company RELIANCE GROUP & MUKESH AMBANI
