A.Dear Client,
When your Bail is rejected in District & Sessions Court means
only one option is left out for you that is the High Court, highest Court in the State.

A.डियर क्लाइंट आपने अपने केस मे जो धारा लगी होना बताया है वो इस प्रकार है :-
धारा ४९८ विवाहिता स्त्री को आपराधिक आसय से फुसलाकर ले जाना या निरुद्ध रखना
यह धारा तब लागू होती है जब आरोपी किसी दूसरे की पत्नी को सम्भोग करने के आसय से फुसलाकर ले जाता है .
धारा ३१३ स्त्री की सम्मति के बिना गर्भपात कारित करना.
धारा ४०६ आपराधिक न्यासभंग.
डियर क्लाइंट अब आप यह बताइए की घटना क्या हुई है ? अभियोजन की पुलिस कहानी क्या है ?
यदि लोअर कोर्ट ने चार्ज ही गलत धारा मै लगा दिया है तो क्रिमिनल रीवीजन मे हाई कोर्ट
मे चार्ज ही ख़तम हो जायेंगे और जमानत भी हो जाएगी .

Yes you have to approach the High Court and engage an eminent criminal advocate and get the bail.
