Land Purchase

Sir/Madam, BDA has filed a case in the Supreme Court after 2 years since loosing the case in the double bench Karnataka High court on the land where in I have bought a site. Based on the court case decision BBMP has issued Kathas and registered the sales deed. Now again BDA has filed a case in Supreme Court, house has been almost constructed, how can we represent our case here as the developer also is bankrupt and is not able to pay his lawyers. The case has been filed in 2021 and still not even a single Hearing.

Dear client

If BDA has filed a case in the Supreme Court challenging the decision of the Karnataka High Court after a delay of 2 years, you can hire a lawyer to represent your case in the Supreme Court. As this involves bankruptcy and document reviewing, I will advise you to consult a lawyer for the same.
