Dispute in Award of land acquisition
My land got acquired by government, but the award has been given to my neighbour who is also my family. This mistake happend because of the wrong map which was done by survey department long back.Once the award was passed i filed the objection in the authority also appealed DDLR court for correction of map of my land which was accepted and corrected.in the mean time authority deposited money in the court in the name of my neighbour. By the way my neighbour has accepted the mistake and ready to giveup the award. So my questions are, in the court should I ask for new award or should I directly claim the award given to neighbour which is mine by producing deed,DDLR order and new map..? What should be the right approach?!
