Fine on late fees

My college fees is 55000 and i am going to submit the fees before semester exam still my college has imposed 10000 fine...what can I do?

It is advisable to first talk to your principal regarding this and bring this to his/her notice. Understand the reason behind the fine, if the said reason is enumerated in the college policy or any other undertaking/ document. If not, you can proceed to file a legal suit in this regard.
