The nephew has fraudly done regitry of whole land And in stamp copy he(the nephew) has written that I have transferred 5 lakhs in owners account but the account no. He has mentioned have a mistake in numbers and he has transferred only 1.5 lakh rupees so if we fill a case than willit be in our favour?
