Hi,
my grandmother are two sisters. younger sister sold her partition 35 years ago to elder sister due to mutual consent and did not make any document as it is bandobasti land named under my grandmother father's name which can not be registered. now her younger sister is coming back to take her share again.
my questions is - can bandobasti land be distributed legally as elder sister has possession for 35
years . elder sister does not want to give her share as she had already given money to her 30 years back.
what legal options younger sister have
