A.dear client in your case As advice provided by vedant sir is correct one. as per the provisions of Law, if they dies intestate i.e. without WILL then you have right as being one of the Legal Heirs but if your father makes a WILL then it would prevail as because the WILL is in relation to self accquired property and not ancestral property.
