Thro MSTC Auction property I won the bid on 20th May 2021 further property registration with SRO was completed on 14th July 2021 but IOB Bank has not provided PHYSICAL POSSESSION to me still today May 2023, Shall I able to file a case against IOB if so whom to contact (DRT or else) , IOB delaying invariable my case and shall I get compensation against my payment I made to them

A.You may file a civil suit making a party to Bank praying for a decree directing the OP Bank to surrender the physical possession of property post compliance of statutory formalities.
