Dear sir,
I own a land in my area of 175yards which my father purchased in 2016 and i get it registered in 2019 and sold that land in 2021 and the one who purchased my land taken loan on it too and taken municipal construction permission too and when he went to start construction some x people came and stating that the land belongs to them.here addressing the issue i went to commissioner of police for help and he immediately sent the petition to concerned area ci to start investigation and here he is forcing me to write a complaint on the person who sold to me and saying that the one who sold land to you is patedhar and he already sold that land to someone and he cheated you by selling same land.so write a complaint like this person cheated me by providing documents which has no land and cheated me.Here the one who purchased from me threatening me by saying I'll give complaint and make fir registered against me.here i find no solution to step forward will their is possibility to register a complaint of 420 on me because I too purchased from some x person.please help me with a solution.

A.Dear Sir,
At the time of purchasing the purchaser ought to have verified all the titles and public authorities issued construction permission etc thus no FIR can be registered against you, if registered you may directly go to High Court and get it quashed.
