Right to property
We are 4 sisters married and settled with 2 brothers. My father went missing since 1993 and my mother is a stage 4 cancer patient. We have a property in Satara which needs to be transferred. Can my mother transfer to all of us.
A.Dear client,
Is there any missing complaint lodged with local PS when your father went missing since 1993. If the missing complaint is lodged and final Investigation Report submitted by IO in the Court a suit may be filed praying for an order declaring your father as dead.
On receipt of said order or decree from a competent court of law your mother can settle the property in equal share in favour of her children. Reach out to an Advocate who can guide you properly in the matter..
