Plot transfer from deceased to wife

Deceased person belongs to haryana. Has multiple plots in neighboring district of hyderabad. Plots to be transferred to his wife.Wife lives in haryana and doesn't have a current/permanent address in hyderabad.
A.Dear Client,
In case of intestate property, legal heir have to prove his or her relationship with deceased owner of the property following the porvision of law of inheritance and based on available documents that prove her relationship and swearing of an affidavit/ declaration made before an oath commissioner declaring the details of all heirs or no heirs other than herself she has to obtain legal heir certificate from the competent authority.
Based on said legal heirs certificate wife of the deceased owner can apply to concerned authority under whose jurisdiction property of deceased falls. The concerned authority after verification of all the documents and the current status of title of the property allowed mutation of property in f/o. legal heirs.
Heirs need not have any current or permanent address in the place where the property of deceased situated. Disputed relationships or rival claims of heirs require Courts Order in the matter. Otherwise
Authentic relationship matters the most in case of transfer and mutation of intestate property in f/o legal heirs.
