I bought 2 flats in 2019 in the same society. One in one building and other in other building (joined together)We got possession in 2022. We paid for covered parking (until now we haven’t received the allocation letter). We are 100 flats in one building. The builder provided parallel covered parking to everyone. There is a driveway in front and back of parking. I was allocated both parking together (next to each other).
Last month the builder drew one more line on front driveway making a T like structure and allocated the parking to someone. Now my both parkings front driveway is closed (Back driveway is open and I can take my car out without issue). The only problem is out of 200 flats only my parkings have been affected. Everyone has common driveway in front to park 2 wheelers except my both flats. Can I contest this parking? This is done as I opposed on few society related issues to the builder like cleaning the roads etc.
