My spouse has filed for child visitation rights and the same was granted by the court and he was also directed to bear the travelling expenses to get the child to the court premises.for the purpose of visitation rights. I have been producing the child in the court however he is not paying me the travelling expenses till date. Kindly suggest as i have been taking care of complete needs of the child from the begining since his birth and now even after he was directed to pay the travelling expenses he is not doing and i also dropped a mail to him to bear the expenses going forward and i too cannot bear this expense and my lawyer representing supports him all the time

A.Dear Client, you should bring the point or situation to the notice of the concerned Court granting the order for visitation. In case it appears to you that your present lawyer is not cooperating with you in the matter, you can authorise another Advocate to move a petition to the concerned Court informing non-compliance of the order and praying for the disbursement of traveling expenses as directed by the Court.
