Moving out/Running away with 3siblings under 18 - Leaving BPD mom behind Moving out/Running away with 3siblings under 18 - Leaving BPD mom behind

I'm 27, all these years i thought my mom was different, shamless, entititled, weird, mentally unstable, greedy etc. But i refused to to believe since she is my mom. But two years ago my dad passed away leaving us with nothing, now she scold me and controls me and my siblings, imagine being 27 and being told that if i dont come home by 7 she will come to my office and hit me and she even tried that plus she has hit my siblings and cursed them for not earning and mind you they are all under 15 , they dont go to school since she wants to them to go to perfect school.
I somehow got the courage and took her to doc by blackmailing her, turns out she has BPD. Now she dont wanna get the treatment. All these time i and my siblings have been so depressed that we get suidical thoughts. I decided to move out and borrowed some money and shifting to a new place and told nobody. My friends helped me. But my mom will beat the sh*t out of us if she finds out i took the siblings with me and did this. Technically we all want to runaway. I have a job and can freelance and take care and build a happy family but my mom is making each day extremely difficult for all of us due to her mental health. We have no help.
If she chooses to file a complaint will i lose my siblings?? please guide i dont wanna lose them pls they will be shattered as there are very limited information regarding siblings custody i need help pleasee

A.Dear Client,

You're facing a difficult situation with your mother, who has been abusive due to untreated mental health issues. You took the step to move out with your siblings for safety, but you're worried about potential consequences, including losing custody of them. Prioritize the well-being of yourself and your siblings, seek legal advice, and lean on support from trusted individuals as you navigate this challenging time.
