My car met with an accident with a bike driven by a police officer.
He was speeding and driving on the wrong side with no license.
Because I got angry and threatened him he has filed a complaint against me under section 184 and harassing me.
I had at that time not taken any action as I dint want to get involved in police matters.

A.Dear Client
In case of any motor accident on road, case is adjudicated by MOTOR ACCIDENT CLAIM TRIBUNAL having jurisdiction over the place where accident happened.
In case an accident is caused for the negligence act of any person he should be booked for violation M V Act 1988 and Rules, 1989 and punished when the charge brought against him.
Police is not above the law. In case the accident caused for rush and negligent driving of said police, contest the case properly without being scared.
Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
