My father had redeemed a piece of land 30 years ago which was mortgaged by my grandfather. My father has 5 brothers, 4 brothers have given that land in the name of father but one brother has filed a case, what should we do?

A.In case of ancestral property, transfer of title of property can't be done without the consent of legal heirs.

So in case a legal heir out of all went into litigation challenging the veracity of transfer of title of ancestral property you have to contest the case to prove fairness of your actions.
