My father entered in a lease agreement in 2011 with tower company for 15 years . my father died in 2015. the company communicates everything with my elder brother and my brother doesn't share rent with me even supply agreement has been entered with my elder brother only whilst my share is also in the land. the property in ancestral . i want my share oof rent and evict the company for my personal use of the land leased.

A.After the death of the Lessor the property becomes intestate, now that the documents are to be put in order however you can send legal notice to the Lessee and your elder brother too

A.Being a legal heir and shareholder of an ancestral property you may raise your claim before the Civil Court by filing a suit for partition of the land and share in the rent arising out of the said land.

A.Dear Sir,
You may file partition suit and court may direct your brother to deposit your share of rent in the Court and thus you can withdraw the same.
