Can a spouse nominate herself for any RWA association position. If she her name is not in sales deed. Can she is eligible to nominate herself for any supporting association members positions like Block Representatives
A.In case the name of the spouse did not appear in the Deed of Sale then in absence of title of ownership, she cannot nominate herself for any position of RWA. In Apartment Owners Association, owner can nominate his or her spouse or any family member for the purpose.
