Refund from edtech platform

Edtech company has not shared any official offer letter refund policy document or any terms and conditions document and no prospectus. I have not signed any document with any refund policy or terms and conditions. Enrolled for a course and got course contents brochure only. Bad service - multiple instructors changed from start of the course and now denying refund. How can I successfully fight this case ?
