A.Dear Client,

It is the self-acquired property of the grandfather who bequeaths the title of the property in the name of his two sons. No other heirs can claim his share in the self-acquired property of your grandfather.

A.Hello,
As per he information you have , this is your grandfather's seperate property and on this type of property no one has the right to claim their partition unless the onwer himself had transferred in your name .
In your case property has been transferred in your name by the grandfather it self thats why no other person has the right in that property, provided that they had not made any monetary help in purchase of that property.
