My parents got expired and I'm there only legal heir my father did intercaste marriage my mother belonged to st caste and my father belonged to sc caste now I applied for my mother caste which is separated only in my mother name now Patwari saying that it's court process because of caste difference please tell me how will it be processed
A.Dear Sir,
The law says that a child is entitled for a certificate of caste depending upon the how and by which parent the child was reared up. If you have been reared up as a SC candidate then you will be entitled for such certificate otherwise you are entitled for ST certificate.

A.Caste difference might make the courts take slightly extra time to verify credentials to avoid any mistakes, but you as a child of an intercaste couple have equal rights to their property.
