My mother parents had two two self acquired residential properties once they both died, My uncle applied for E swattu without telling to sisters and got it done11B 6 years ago , Another property still is vacant site ,it's in My grand ma name. Both these properties are in village. Now to file partition suit what are all the documents My mom need to submit to court and what are the documents we need to collect from Grama panchayath please tell me.

A.Dear Sir,
Your mother can file partition suit along with family tree and other relevant documents in respect of properties.

A.Although you grand parents had acquired the properties and hence they were the self acquired property but since they died intestate therefore the properties nature changed to ancestral and all the legal heirs shall have right in them.
Your mother can initiate a partition suit where the property is located and all that you need is the last deed of the property, mutation certificate, tax receipts etc.
