About society parking
Hello I have purchased 2 two wheeler parkings from the builder before the formation of our society in the year 2009. So now, I have 2 two wheeler parkings. Can I park my 4 wheeler in the 2 wheeler parking?
A.Dear Sir,
You have to get modified the said two wheeler parking into four wheeler parking place. Normally, you cannot be prevented from using two wheeler parking place for parking four wheeler. If anyone object then you can file a simple suit for permanent injunction against the concerned including executive members of the Housing Society.

A.HI Client,
There must be specifications in the agreement where in the details of the same is mentioned. It is better to inform the concerned authority in writing or verbally . This would help in avoiding any trouble in the future.

A.Dear Client,
On formation of Society, you have abide by the guidelines made under Byelaws of the Society for parking of vehicles. If the guidelines of the society allow you to park your 4-wheeler in two 2-wheeler parking space, you can use it as you like. But before that you may clarify the matter with the Society.

A.Dear client,
If the society has designated different parking measurements for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers, it would not be feasible to park your 4 wheeler in the two wheeler parking. Of course, you own two parking lots of 2 wheeler vehicles, and therefore if your 4 wheeler takes up exactly that much space and can be parked there without inconveniencing other 2 wheeler owners, you can do so
