requirement of 100 percent consent from residents for registration of society

I have a property which is unoccupied. Residents who have occupied have come together to form an association and want to get the society registered which I am against. Can they get the association registered without my consent and will I be deemed to follow the rules and regulations incase i deny being a member?

Consent of 2/3rd residents of housing society is necessary to get it registered. If you are not giving consent you cannot prevent them for registration.
