A.Dear client,
All of the surviving legal heirs of the deceased, including you, are eligible for an equal portion of the property when it is left by your deceased father intestate, that is, without a Will. Your mother cannot give your share of the aforementioned property to your other siblings without your permission.

A.Dear Client,

When the property is left by your deceased father intestate, i.e, without Will, then all the surviving legal heirs of the deceased including you are eligible for an equal share in the said property. Your mother cannot transfer your share in the said property in favour of your other siblings without your consent. Reach out to an Advocate for filing a suit for partition before the Civil Court to get your share in the said intestate property of your deceased father.
