A.Dear client,
There is no specific article that talks about this. However, as per article 15 of the Constitution of India, discrimination is prohibited on grounds of religion, race, caste, gender, or place of birth. Hence, a person can't deny to sell land to a buyer solely on the basis of religion

A.Dear Client,
A person is not limited or prohibited from selling or buying a certain property merely because of his or her religious beliefs, and nobody can raise any objection against the sale of such property. There are two ways through which you can resolve property disputes i.e, either through Settlement or through litigation. The dispute if resolved through settlement saves the costs of hiring a lawyer and court expenses. On the other hand, Litigation is nothing but approaching the courts to resolve property disputes. Litigation involves court processes and procedures and may take a long time to resolve the dispute. The Property Dispute can be quite complex and time-consuming to resolve. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
